The Problem:
Have you ever tried to purchase a limited addition Beyoncé vinyl, and it sold out before you could complete your purchase? Trust me you are not alone. Many members of the Beyhive share in your struggle.
The Solution:
Designing an album pre-order app that addresses the problem of fans missing out on the album purchase when it sells out fast. The design should be clean, providing a quick and easy album purchasing process.
The Beyoncé Act i Renaissance Album Pre-Order App
Role design iteration, user research, paper and digital wireframing, low and high fidelity prototyping, accessibility consideration and implementation, asset delivery
Duration 1 month
The Process:
User research was conducted. User groups are all busy professionals with full-time jobs who purchase music online. User groups include individuals between the ages of 20 and 50. User personas were created to better understand the users needs and the user flow was mapped to insure the users would be able to easily complete their tasks.
“Wait I can track my order!? I love that! This was so easy I would purchase more if I could”

Outcome:
This is a mock case study. However, 5 out of 5 study participants said they would recommend this app to friends and family.
